FINAL PROJECT GUIDELINES AND ASSESSMENT STRUCTURE
To consolidate learning and ensure practical application of the concepts covered in this program, all participants are required to complete both Individual and Group (Collective) projects.
These projects are designed to reflect real-life leadership and wealth-building applications, not just theoretical understanding.
1. INDIVIDUAL PROJECT
Title:
Personal Leadership and Wealth Blueprint
Objective:
To develop a comprehensive, practical plan that integrates:
- Transformational leadership principles
- Personal financial strategy
- Long-term wealth and legacy planning

A. Personal Leadership Manifesto
- Your core leadership values
- Vision statement (5–10 years)
- Leadership philosophy
- Ethical commitments
- Legacy intention
B. Leadership Application Plan
- Identify a real-life context (business, organization, ministry, or personal initiative)
- Explain how you will apply:
- Emotional intelligence
- Systems thinking
- Ethical leadership
- Outline measurable leadership outcomes
C. Personal Financial Assessment
- Income structure (active vs passive, linear vs leverage)
- Expense overview
- Net worth estimation
- Cash flow analysis
D. Wealth Strategy Plan
- Income expansion strategy (at least 2 additional streams)
- Investment plan (asset allocation approach)
- Risk management strategy (insurance, emergency fund, etc.)
E. 10–20 Year Wealth Plan
- Financial goals and milestones

2. GROUP (COLLECTIVE) PROJECT

Objective:
To collaboratively design a transformational organization or initiative that integrates:

- Wealth creation and protection strategies
Group Structure:
- Participants will be assigned or self-organize into groups
- Each group should have 3–5 members

- Organizational structure
- Roles and responsibilities

- Revenue streams (at least 3)
- Income classification (active/passive, linear/leverage)
