LECTURE OVERVIEW

In this session, we uncover the profound connection between how the mind processes thought and how this impacts our actions, behaviours, results, and well-being. You will understand the difference between inductive and deductive reasoning, the role of awareness, and how to reshape your life by reshaping your thinking. This session concludes by reminding you of your role as the director of your life and the architect of your results.

1. INDUCTIVE REASONING VS. DEDUCTIVE REASONING

🔹 The Two Modes of Thinking

  • Inductive reasoning is the function of the conscious mind. It is where active thinking, observation, and decision-making occur.
  • Deductive reasoning is the function of the subconscious mind. It accepts whatever is impressed upon it and acts upon it without judgment.

🔹 The Nature of the Mind

Your mind is like the earth:

  • It does not reject seeds (thoughts).
  • It does not differentiate between good or bad thoughts—it simply works with what it is given.
  • Once a seed (thought) is planted and nurtured, it will grow.

📝 Note: Whatever you allow to take root in your mind will manifest in your life.

2. POWER OF INDUCTIVE THINKING

  • When you are thinking, you are using inductive reasoning. You are engaging your conscious mind.
  • When you are not thinking, your subconscious is wide open—ready to receive suggestions, impressions, and commands.

🧠 Building and Transmitting Ideas:

  • Power flows through the conscious mind.
  • When you think, you build ideas.
  • These ideas are impressed upon the subconscious, generating feelings that lead to actions.
  • These actions produce results.

🔔 Nothing is too big or too small; your thinking makes it so.

3. MANAGING NEGATIVE THOUGHTS

  • Doubt, worry, and fear are negative thought patterns.
  • Many start doubting or worrying simply because they don’t know how something will work out or because they lack resources at the moment.
  • The proper response is not fear, but faith and inquiry.

💡 Instead of saying, “I can’t,” say, “I’ll figure it out,” or “I’ll ask someone who knows.”

4. THE PROGRESSION OF NEGATIVE THINKING

If not interrupted, the following chain occurs:

WORRY → FEAR → ANXIETY → SUPPRESSION → DEPRESSION → DISEASE → DISINTEGRATION

This underscores the importance of controlling thought at the worry stage before it cascades into something more harmful.

🧩 If there is something wrong, then there must also be something right.

5. UNDERSTANDING

📖 True understanding can only come through study.

  • Understanding is not given, earned, or bought—it must be acquired through personal study and intentional growth.
  • When you study, you change.

🔑 Understanding leads to FAITH:

FAITH is:

  • The ability to see the invisible,
  • Believe the incredible, and
  • Achieve the impossible.

Faith activates higher awareness and helps you attract the good you desire.

🎯 Get on the frequency of the good you desire. Think, behave, and live like the person you are becoming.

6. YOU ARE THE DIRECTOR

  • Ask yourself: What do I really want?
  • Many people feel lost or dissatisfied because they have never taken the time to study themselves.
  • Stop focusing on studying others—begin to study yourself.

🎬 This is your life. Direct it with intention.

7. RESULTS AND AWARENESS

  • Your results are a direct reflection of your actions.
  • Your actions are an expression of what’s happening in your subconscious mind.
  • Your subconscious mind is a product of what your conscious mind has planted.

🔄 Results → Awareness → Change

  • People with high levels of awareness produce better results.
  • Many people stay stuck simply due to lack of awareness.
  • Awareness helps you know:
    • What’s next.
    • What’s wrong.
    • What to do.

Stop thinking about what you don’t want.
Focus on what you do want.

ACTION POINTS FOR PRACTICAL TRANSFORMATION

  1. Engage your conscious mind daily. Make time to think and reflect.
  2. Guard your subconscious mind. Don’t let just anything enter it—especially negative, limiting beliefs.
  3. Interrupt negative thought patterns early. Replace doubt and fear with faith and inquiry.
  4. Study intentionally. Read books, listen to lectures, and grow in knowledge.
  5. Direct your own life. Take responsibility for defining your goals and future.
  6. Focus on your desired results. Align your thoughts, beliefs, and actions with what you want, not what you fear.
